Awesome news - we’re very proud to have teamed up with Dorset-based trail running company Maverick Race to support this epic community of UK-based trail runners through their events in 2019.
As part of the partnership, we will be supporting the Maverick Race event series throughout the year as they take runners on epic adventures through some of the country’s best trail running locations. Think climbs up Snowdonia, runs along the stunning Jurassic Coast and of course the valleys and hills of Exmoor - we tried it in 2018, it was epic! These guys know how to put on an awesome trail run and dryrobes will also be in use throughout the year to keep runners warm and happy before and after their adventures.
Maverick Race is all about celebrating the beauty of the British countryside. Their events take you to some of the most iconic and stunning locations the UK has to offer. Importantly though, the races are accessible to runners of all levels - with multiple route lengths to choose from in every location, you decide on the challenge!
Since it’s launch in 2012, dryrobe has become an essential companion to runners across the world, who have embraced the benefits of staying warm and dry while changing outside, as well as keeping toasty both before and after their run.
Justin Bufton, Maverick Race Founder and Director says:
"Here at Maverick Race we could not be happier, partnering up with such an iconic brand that has carved a unique place in the outdoor industry, we love what dryrobe do and their story, and feel the product is perfectly suited to us and our trail runners, here’s to an exciting partnership in 2019"
Gideon Bright, dryrobe Founder and Director commented:
“The team at Maverick Race embody everything we’re about here at dryrobe - a love for the great outdoors and spending as much time as possible out there enjoying it. These are some the finest trail runs out there and we’re excited to be supporting them in 2019. See you on the trails!”
