Dryrobe® dog is designed for use out of the water. We do not recommend or encourage you to use the dryrobe® dog while in the water. Be aware that using Dryrobe® dog in water may present a serious risk of drowning, even for the strongest doggy swimmers. Have fun, stay warm and play safe.
Materials

Built with the same high-performance, recycled fabrics as the Dryrobe® Advance,  Dryrobe® Dog will protect your best friend from whatever the weather throws 

Unique fleece lining

The super-warm, synthetic lambswool lining is made with 100% recycled polyester (rPET), approved by the Global Recycle Standard (GRS) and certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100. This high-performance fleece is made from recycled post-consumer plastic.

Waterproof up to 10,000mm

The durable waterproof and windproof outer is made with 100% recycled nylon, approved by Global Recycle Standard (GRS). This breathable, shell fabric is made with pre-consumer recycled nylon that would otherwise be destined for landfill.

PFC-free waterproofing

The Dryrobe® Dog is finished with PFC-free BIONIC-FINISH ECO Durable Water-Repellent (DWR). This technology repels water, causing it to bead on the surface, meaning it rolls off rather than soaking into the fabric.

This plant-based solution doesn't contain any harmful compounds, delivering high-performance weather resistance and reduces the amount of toxic and harmful chemicals leached into the environment.

Nous espérons que vous êtes satisfait de votre achat, mais nous comprenons si vous devez retourner vos articles. Nous pouvons proposer un remboursement sur les articles retournés non portés avec les étiquettes intactes dans les 28 jours suivant la livraison.

Nous proposons la livraison gratuite dans l’UE pour les commandes supérieures à 50 €. La livraison suivie pour les commandes inférieures à 50 € coûte 7 € (hors Grèce). Les retours sont gratuits pour la République d’Irlande, l’Allemagne, l’Autriche et la France.

Pour le Royaume-Uni et le Canada, nous proposons la livraison gratuite et les retours gratuits avec suivi pour tous les articles.

Pour la Suède, la livraison est gratuite pour les commandes supérieures à 565 kr et les retours sont gratuits.

Nous savons qu’un grand nombre des commandes passées au cours des prochaines semaines seront des cadeaux de Noël. Ainsi, toute commande passée à partir du 1er novembre pourra être retournée jusqu’au 31 janvier 2025 au cas où elle ne conviendrait pas totalement.

Dates limites de commande pour être livré à temps pour Noël :

  • Expédition standard UE – Lundi 16 décembre avant 14h00
  • Expédition express UE – Jeudi 19 décembre avant 1

Is my product covered by the Dryrobe® Performance Guarantee?

Resale:

The Dryrobe® Performance Guarantee does not cover products sold from our Resale range. All pre-loved products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Faulty items can be returned within 30 days. 

Rework: 

At Dryobe®, we believe in buying less, buying better. That’s why, since the beginning, every product we’ve produced has been made with high-quality materials and has been built to last. We’re so sure of the durability of our products that we back them with Dryrobe® Performance Guarantee.

Under this guarantee, we will replace products free of charge due to defects in workmanship and/or materials so you can keep getting out there and doing the things you love!

It covers Dryrobe® Rework products for three years, from the date of purchase.
What is different about the product?

Resale (current products):

The product is new or near-new and may have been briefly tried on, ex-display, used on a photoshoot or returned with minor cosmetic marks. However, it is fully functional and adventure-ready. All faults are clearly photographed above. 

Rework:

This changing robe is brand new, but has been reworked using fabric offcuts from across the Dryrobe® Advance range that would have otherwise been discarded. By doing this, we are helping to minimise the amount of material waste we produce. It is fully functional and ready for any adventure.
How will the product be packaged?

It ships in the same packaging as the other products in the Advance collection.

Nous ne proposons pas d’échanges, car les prix varient selon les styles et les tailles. Cependant, vous pouvez retourner un article pour vous faire rembourser en utilisant le bon de retour placé dans le colis d’origine, et nous procéderons au remboursement qui vous permettra de commander l’article souhaité. C’est à vous de choisir si vous commandez à nouveau immédiatement ou si vous attendez d’avoir reçu votre remboursement avant de passer une nouvelle commande.
