What is Clearpay?
Clearpay is a payment service that lends customers a fixed amount of credit to make purchases instantly and then pay for them in four automatic instalments made every 2 weeks, without any interest (when paid on time).
How do I use Clearpay?
Just shop on dryrobe.com and check out as normal. At checkout, choose the Clearpay payment method. You will be redirected to the Clearpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa, Mastercard, or Amex). If you’ve used Clearpay before, just log in and complete your checkout.
Is there a cost for using Clearpay?
Clearpay is interest-free. However, if you miss a payment, late fees apply.
- An initial £6 late fee is applied if a payment is missed.
- A further £6 fee is applied if the payment remains unpaid 7 days later.
- Late fees are capped at £24 or 25% of the order value, whichever is lower.
When will my first payment be due?
You will be asked to pay the first of four instalments at the time of purchase. The remaining three instalments will be deducted every 2 weeks from your chosen payment method. You can log into your Clearpay account at any time to view your payment schedule or make a payment early.
Will my Dryrobe® be sent straight away?
Yes! Your order is processed and shipped by us just like any other order. Clearpay simply handles the payment side of things.
How do returns work with Clearpay?
Returns follow our standard Dryrobe® Returns Policy. Once we have processed your return and issued a refund, it will be sent to Clearpay.
- If you have already made payments, Clearpay will refund those to your original card.
- If you still have payments outstanding, Clearpay will cancel those from your future schedule.
Who can use Clearpay?
To use Clearpay, you must:
- Be a UK resident.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid UK billing address.
- Have a UK debit or credit card.
