Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

There is free UK and Canada delivery and free trackable returns on all items.

We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. Tracked delivery under €50 costs €7 (excludes Greece). There are free returns for the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria and France.

For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565 and free returns.

Do you offer exchanges?

"I bought this from a recommendation from a dog walker. I went to Sommaroy/Tromso in Norway and it was -18 when we landed . There were times it felt like -23 there but my hands were toasty all the time with these gloves. Thumb is a bit big but I guess it has to be for the magnet to work. Highly recommended. I used the size chart and I got a small. They fit well."

"Prefacing this review with I love my Dryrobe (5 stars) couldn’t get through the winter swim season without it. But the gloves are a no, alas. I bought them in the largest size for my husband who couldn’t get his hands in them. I had previously gifted a pair to a fellow swimmer who now admits they didn’t fit him either and he found the flip over bit so fiddly he cut it off. They fit me, but are very slow to get on to post swim frozen fingers; awkward (once you’ve flipped one mitten piece over, the mittened hand struggles to reciprocate). I tried them for a few very cold swim weeks; verdict; will return to recycled cashmere fingerless gloves. Have gifted them on in the hope someone else loves them."

Hi I work in a cold store an spend upto two hours driving around in -20 temperature with fans ..do you have anything suitable for the conditions IV tried three different pairs of electric gloves which are no good tips of fingers gets really painful from the cold
