Returns
We understand that many of your purchases will be Christmas gifts. To help you shop with confidence, any orders placed from November 1st can be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2026, just in case it wasn't quite right.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but understand if you need to return a product to us. To return an item, please follow the instructions below.
Please fill in and enclose the returns form. This is required in case the delivery label becomes unreadable in transit.

When you're ready to return, select 'create a return'.

Enter your order number and delivery postcode/email address then choose the items to return.

Choose your most convenient return method. Print your personalised return label or generate a QR code to scan in store.

Return your parcel at your nearest drop-off point
Exchanges
We are currently able to offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for UK & Isle of Man orders only. Any items you wish to exchange must be returned to us in an unworn condition with the tags intact. If we are unable to provide a size exchange you can request a refund.
Takeback scheme
Through the Reskinned takeback scheme, you can return your old Dryrobe® Advance, and it will be recycled responsibly if it can’t be repaired. Best of all, you’ll then receive up to £35 off a new one.
