We do like to keep our social media social and it is definitely not the most reliable way to contact us.
During business hours we aim to respond to all our emails within 48 hours, and a little bit longer over the weekend. However, due to current covid-related circumstances, we are currently receiving a huge number of requests, resulting in us taking longer than normal to respond. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
The health and safety of our staff and customers is the number one priority right now, which is why our team is working remotely, until further notice. We can’t currently be contacted by phone, but rest assured that our email is manned by staff who are eager to help you out.
In the meantime, if you have a question about an out of stock item you can click on the product and size on our website and find out its expected arrival date. You can even request an email update from us which will be sent to you automatically once the item is back in stock.

We love working with dedicated athletes and outdoor adventurers across many different sports and activities. Our team of dryrobe ambassadors are individuals that share our values and passion for getting outdoors, inspiring us every day with their ability to push the limits of what is possible. We work closely with our team throughout the year and to ensure we're able to do this to the best of our abilities, we consider new ambassador applications once a year, during a specific application period.
Due to the ongoing global situation, we've made the decision to place the application period for 2021 on hold. We’re very sorry for any disappointment this may cause, but will be reviewing this and aim to have an update in the new year.
