Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?
It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
When will I receive my delivery?
This depends on where you're based, when you placed your order and which delivery service you chose at checkout. For full delivery information please see our designated Delivery & Returns page.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free standard UK delivery as standard on all orders, which is a typical delivery time of 3-5 working days, but due to current covid-related circumstances, there may be a slight delay in the processing and shipping orders. International shipments costs vary.

Are returns free?
Yes, if you in the Uk or Ireland. We offer subsidised to other overseas locations Further information is on our Delivery and Returns page.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges as prices vary between styles and sizes. However, you may return an item for a refund using the returns slip from the original parcel and we will issue a refund so you can place a new order for the preferred item. It is your choice whether you re-order straight away or wait until you've received your refund before placing the new order.
Due to unforeseen circumstances we are currently unable to fulfil any orders for customised dryrobe® products at the moment. Please be assured that this will be resumed as soon as possible.
If you have a custom order placed with us we will be in touch as soon as we have an update. We are still taking bulk orders for non-customised dryrobe® products
Can I get my dryrobe embroidered?
Traditionally our embroidery service is offered to teams, clubs, schools and other such organisations. For more information please check out our custom page.
Can I embroider my dryrobe® myself or through my local embroidery company?
Yes, the dryrobe® has a hidden access zip under the right arm inside so it is possible to get between the outer shell and the fleece lining. Please make sure your local embroidery company only embroider the outer shell and apply a waterproof backing to the embroidery.
We are not able to offer a refund on any customised garments unless they are faulty.
How long will it take to customise my dryrobe®?
Custom dryrobe® orders typically take between 2-3 weeks, but due to current covid-related circumstances, there may be a slight delay in the processing and shipping orders.
What size should I get?
Our sizing guide page offers useful information, including a handy size finder tool which lets you enter your height and measurements to help you find the perfect fit.

What style should I get?
Our short sleeve is the original design which is ideal for having your hands free and makes pulling your arms inside to get changed a little quicker. If your primary use is for wearing whilst standing in the cold for long periods of time, for example, when spectating sport or after cold water swimming, the long sleeve will provide added warmth. Do you offer any discounts?
We don't do any general sales or discounts at any time of the year as we believe in the value of our product as a quality investment piece of kit, but we can offer 10% off if you are a student, serving member of the armed forces, NHS or emergency services staff on presentation of valid ID. Head to our Discounts page to find out more.
Can I get a discount for a bulk order?
Yes, we can offer bulk discounts when purchasing five or more dryrobes®. Please contact our customer service team with your desired quantity of units. For teams and clubs please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you sell a dryrobe® for kids?
Yes, we now have a children’s range both for dryrobe® Advance and Towel dryrobe. Check out our Kids Collection here.
How do I become an ambassador?
We love working with dedicated athletes and outdoor adventurers across many different sports and activities. Our team of dryrobe ambassadors are individuals that share our values and passion for getting outdoors, inspiring us every day with their ability to push the limits of what is possible. We work closely with our team throughout the year and to ensure we're able to do this to the best of our abilities, we consider new ambassador applications once a year, during a specific application period.
Due to the ongoing global situation, we've made the decision to place the application period for 2021 on hold. We’re very sorry for any disappointment this may cause, but will be reviewing this and aim to have an update in the new year.

What is the dryrobe® performance guarantee?
At dryrobe we are proud of our products and have tested them to their limits, ensuring they meet the highest possible standard. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase we want to help. Under the dryrobe Performance Guarantee, we will repair or refund products due to defects in workmanship and/or materials within a year of purchase.
The dryrobe Performance Guarantee covers the original owner (with proof of purchase). Products damaged through accident, improper care or negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of materials is excluded from the guarantee. Damage due to wear and tear can be repaired at a reasonable charge (at our discretion).

Is the dryrobe® advance fully waterproof?
Yes, the dryrobe® advance is 100% waterproof and 100% windproof.
I think my zip is faulty
The YKK® Zip is a chunky two-way reversible zip, which means you can operate it with your arms either inside or outside. You can also partially unzip it from the bottom to allow more movement if needed for: changing, walking, sitting or driving. There’s also an easy to grab, branded pull tag too.
The zip has two sliders. To operate the zip properly, first make sure the lower slider is fully at bottom of the zip. You will then need to seat the upper slider into the top of the lower slider. Finally, insert the zip (insert pin) from the opposite side and pull the upper slider up.
To open more of the lower section to make changing, walking, sitting or driving easier pull the bottom slider up.
To open the dryrobe® fully, both sliders must be moved to the bottom of the zip. Find our handy video here. If you are still experiencing difficulties please contact customer service team.
I can’t seem to find the colour I want in the size and style I would like. What should I do?
We don't make every size in every colourway. The long sleeve has a wider range of colour options compared to the short sleeve. If you select the dryrobe® style you would like on our website, this will reveal the range of colours and available sizes.
Will the car seat cover fit my XL van/ swivel chair/ captain seats?
Our car seat covers usually do fit captain seats and swivel chairs, the covers fit quite snug around the base as they are elasticated and have velcro straps too.
