We’ve got you covered. We offer a 60-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to ensure your Dryrobe® is perfect for your next adventure.
Exchange for a new size
We understand that sometimes you just need a different size. We can offer size exchanges for the same colour product to our UK and Isle of Man based customers, subject to availability of the alternative size requested. Any items you wish to exchange must be returned to us in an unworn condition with the tags intact. If we are unable to provide a size exchange you can request a refund. You can also select our gift card option in the returns portal instead of a refund, enabling you to reorder the preferred item quickly and easily.

Please fill in and enclose the returns form. This is required in case the delivery label becomes unreadable in transit.

When you're ready to return, select 'create a return'.

Enter your order number and delivery postcode/email address then choose the items to return.

Choose your most convenient return method. Print your personalised return label or generate a QR code to scan in store.

Return your parcel at your nearest drop-off point
Takeback scheme
Through the Reskinned takeback scheme, you can return your old Dryrobe® Advance, and it will be recycled responsibly if it can’t be repaired. Best of all, you’ll then receive up to £35 off a new one.
