With operations in Devon and USA (Chicago/ NJ) The company is growing rapidly supplying products through e-commerce partnerships, direct to consumers, through customised merchandise, exporting and through trade sales partnerships. We are looking for an extraordinarily capable General Manager with sales experience to ensure continued success. You will be responsible for strategic, operational and financial management of the business. This is an outstanding opportunity to deliver the commercial business strategy, ensure that the company evolves to cope with process demands of fast growth and to identify and develop new markets. This role will suit someone with a small business high growth experience and an enterprising outlook.
As the General Manager you will provide strong leadership and ensure that business objectives are achieved whilst an excellent service is delivered to all customers. A natural leader with a proven track record in managing customer focused business, you will be commercially astute, a good negotiator, and always focused on profits. The energy, drive and commitment to contribute to the future of the businesses are essential. Experience in a senior role in the outdoor leisure services market may be advantageous, you will need to have a genuine appreciation of the benefits of dryrobe.
Salary approx 50k - 70k neg. commensurate with the role
