Our products are built to last, with some of our customers’ Dryrobe® changing robes still going strong after 10 years. However, we know things change. Your Dryrobe® Advance may no longer match your vibe, or the size you or your children need may have changed over the years. This is where Reskinned helps it to go on more adventures, rather than to landfill.
Through the Reskinned takeback scheme, you can return your old Dryrobe® Advance, and it will be recycled responsibly if it can’t be repaired. Best of all, you’ll then receive up to £35 off a new one.
Why Reskinned?

Reskinned uses ground-breaking technology called Ozone Cleansing, a sustainable and waterless method of cleaning clothes with particles that target bacteria and remove all odours. Meaning the gear you get from Reskinned will feel as good as new.
How it works
1. Add the Dryrobe® Advance that you want to return to your takeback basket
2. Package it up, ideally re-using a box or packaging you already have to reduce waste
3. Add on the free returns label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest courier drop-off
4. Wait for us to verify your takeback, and you'll then receive a discount code
5. Use your code to get up to £35 off a fresh Dryrobe® Advance at dryrobe.com

FAQs
HOW DO I SEND MY ITEMS TO RESKINNED?
When you complete the takeback form, you’ll be given the option of a print at home or print in-store label, so you’ll either receive an email with the label or QR code to be used whenyou take your parcel to your local Yodel drop off point. Reskinned don't send out packaging (they believe there's already enough in the world!) so you can parcel up your items in anything you have lying around at home, a plastic bag or packaging from a previous shop. As long as it gets to Reskinned, they don’t mind how.
WHAT CONDITION DO MY ITEMS NEED TO BE IN?
Reskinned accepts items back in any condition. You will receive the full discount code value of the particular item type shown in the table, regardless of the condition of the item(s) being returned.
WHEN DO I GET MY VOUCHER?
As soon as the item(s) are received back at the Reskinned warehouse, the team verifies it’s what they were expecting to receive (regardless of condition), so if, for example, you selected ‘Dryrobe® Advance’, they simply check it’s a Dryrobe® Advance and you are emailed your unique discount code. There’s no hanging around!
