You should only wash your Dryrobe® Advance when necessary, and when you do we recommend you wash it using the GUPPYFRIEND Washing Bag. Your Dryrobe® changing robe will function perfectly well with only minimal washing. In fact, as with all waterproof garments, washing should be as infrequent as possible. This is good for the garment and good for the environment.

The Dryrobe® Advance is a technical garment, and performs best if it is washed only when absolutely necessary. See our care-instruction page for more information on washing your dryrobe® changing robe.

For when you do need to wash your Dryrobe®, we suggest following sustainable washing practices by using the GUPPYFRIEND bag to protect the Dryrobe® and reduce the number of microfibers that may enter rivers and oceans from washing.

Our overconsumption needs to change radically, and new materials, manufacturing techniques, clean washing machines and more effective sewage treatment plants need to be developed. This might take a while.

Until then your GuppyFriend bag is a practical and effective way to reduce plastic pollution in our rivers and oceans.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery and Returns Information:

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us, but understand if you need to return your item(s). We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact.

We understand that many of your purchases will be Christmas gifts. To help you shop with confidence, any orders placed from November 1st can be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2026, just in case it wasn't quite right.

There is free UK and Canada delivery and free trackable returns on all items.

We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. Tracked delivery under €50 costs €7 (excludes Greece). There are free returns for the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria and France.

For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565 and free returns.

Are returns free?

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.

Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

For any International orders, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the Dryrobe® website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.
