Built with the same high-performance, recycled fabrics as the Dryrobe® Advance,  Dryrobe® Dog will protect your best friend from whatever the weather throws 

Unique fleece lining

The super-warm, synthetic lambswool lining is made with 100% recycled polyester (rPET), approved by the Global Recycle Standard (GRS) and certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100. This high-performance fleece is made from recycled post-consumer plastic.

Waterproof up to 10,000mm

The durable waterproof and windproof outer is made with 100% recycled nylon, approved by Global Recycle Standard (GRS). This breathable, shell fabric is made with pre-consumer recycled nylon that would otherwise be destined for landfill.

PFC-free waterproofing

The Dryrobe® Dog is finished with PFC-free BIONIC-FINISH ECO Durable Water-Repellent (DWR). This technology repels water, causing it to bead on the surface, meaning it rolls off rather than soaking into the fabric.

This plant-based solution doesn't contain any harmful compounds, delivering high-performance weather resistance and reduces the amount of toxic and harmful chemicals leached into the environment.

Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £50 (Standard Delivery under £50 costs £4.95). Express UK Delivery is free on orders over £150 (or £8.95 under £150). We also offer free trackable returns on all UK orders.

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.

Excellent Dog Coat available in bigger sizes

"This is the 2nd dry robe we have bought for our 20 month German shepherd. She out grew the 1st one. We live at the seaside , so it can get quite wet and windy at the beach. This keeps her warm and dry and stops the sand getting stuck in wet fur. My son also bought one for his massive dog after seeing Ambers. The coat has a lovely fleece lining. Easy to put on. I like that it is a good quality dog coat and it comes in a range of large sizes sizes for those of us who have bigger dogs. Delivery is quick. Only thing i would like to see would be more choice of fleece lining colours. How about a nice purple fleece to go with the dark grey instead of just blue and pink ?"

"This has been a really disappointing purchase. We all have dry robes and the water runs off them but the dog one seems to hold so much water so it is dripping wet for hours after its use. The fleece lining also gets soaked quickly, I’m finding I have to wash it after every use in the rain as it then takes less time to dry from damp"

Not practical

"We have just received this dog coat & whilst it looks lovely it’s not practical with just the one Velcro strap. The two elasticated ones at the back sit too near her bum so they will get dirty when she goes to the toilet but to not use them means the coat flaps around. I don’t know why there isn’t another Velcro one nearer the back instead?"

Q&A

How do you wash the coats
Hi Sarah The Dryrobe® dog does not need washing regularly. If it gets covered in mud or sand, try shaking it off or cleaning it with a damp sponge. Due to the Dryrobe® dog's waterproof outer shell fabric washing is only required when absolutely necessary, the same as with any other outdoor waterproof garment. Unless it gets very dirty and you would prefer it clean, the Dryrobe® dog will function just the same if simply dried at room temperature between uses. Never expose the Dryrobe® dog to heat sources of any kind, drying it this way could lead to the inner lining losing its warming and quick-drying properties. The Dryrobe® dog is machine washable, preferably within a Guppyfriend Washing Bag to help reduce the flow of microfibres going into your drain. It will retain its waterproof properties and will last and last if guidelines are followed. Washing Instructions Wash your Dryrobe® dog inside out (ideally in the Guppyfriend Washing Bag) A gentle or delicate machine wash at MAX 30 degrees. Cold wash by hand is recommended if at all possible DO NOT hot wash DO NOT dry clean or iron IMPORTANT: use a non-bio powder DO NOT use a fabric conditioner After the spin cycle, hang or lay flat and dry at room temperature. DO NOT tumble dry Microfiber Pollution Prevention Using a Washing Machine Filter or a filter bag such as the Guppyfriend Washing Bag can significantly reduce the flow of microfibers into your drain. Replenishing Water-Repellency The Dryrobe® dog is treated with an eco-friendly PFC-free Durable Water-Repellant finish (DWR). Once your dryrobe® has been thoroughly worn or washed multiple times, you may need to revitalise the DWR. If water is no longer beading up on your Dryrobe® dog, it's time to put on another finish with a DWR treatment with a solution such as NikWax. Team Dryrobe®
