Delivery and Returns Information:
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us, but understand if you need to return your item(s). We offer a 60-day return policy on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact.

We understand that many of your orders over the next few weeks will be Christmas gifts, so any orders placed from the 1st November can be returned up to the 31st January 2027, in case it wasn't quite right.

Last order dates for delivery in time for Christmas:

Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £50 (Standard Delivery under £50 costs £4.95). Express UK Delivery is free on orders over £150 (or £8.95 under £150). We also offer free trackable returns on all UK orders.

Are returns free?

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Can I go into the water wearing my Dryrobe® changing robe?

A Dryrobe® Advance is ideal for use out of the water. Be aware that falling into water while wearing a Dryrobe® change robe would present a serious risk of drowning, even for the strongest of swimmers. We do not recommend or encourage you to use your Dryrobe® Advance while on the water.

Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

For any International orders, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the Dryrobe® website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.

What’s the difference between the Dryrobe® Advance and the Easy-Fit Dryrobe® Advance?

Our Easy-Fit short sleeve Dryrobe® Advance is the original design which is ideal for having your hands free and makes pulling your arms inside to get changed a little quicker. If your primary use is for wearing whilst standing in the cold for long periods of time, for example, when spectating sport or after cold water swimming, the long sleeve will provide added warmth.

"The best bonus is sitting early morning outside drinking cafe before work, my dryrobe is so cosy n comfortable. I also have been wearing it while riding my bike, it's amazing, all I need is to organise reflectors as the time is changing. Totally warm and feel protected. 5 stars overall though one tiny issue

"I have given 5 stars, and truly feel this product deserves it. I do however have one tiny issue with the Advance Changing Robe recieved. The quality of the stitching on the inside of the robe label. Threads of stitching sticking out label and making it look messy, had to cut them away to clean it up. Other than this (like I said tiny issue) the robe is fantastic. All other stitching is perfect, cosy, looks great, and fit is brilliant (size S for a 5ft 3" female). Worth every penny. The fleece lining is super cosy and warm. Really happy with the product and as a swim teacher always in and out the water, I would highly recommend."
