Delivery and Returns Information:
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us, but understand if you need to return your item(s). We offer a 60-day return policy on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact.

We understand that many of your orders over the next few weeks will be Christmas gifts, so any orders placed from the 1st November can be returned up to the 31st January 2027, in case it wasn't quite right.

Last order dates for delivery in time for Christmas:

Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £50 (Standard Delivery under £50 costs £4.95). Express UK Delivery is free on orders over £150 (or £8.95 under £150). We also offer free trackable returns on all UK orders.

Are returns free?

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Can I go into the water wearing my Dryrobe® changing robe?

A Dryrobe® Advance is ideal for use out of the water. Be aware that falling into water while wearing a Dryrobe® change robe would present a serious risk of drowning, even for the strongest of swimmers. We do not recommend or encourage you to use your Dryrobe® Advance while on the water.

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.

Our Easy-Fit short sleeve Dryrobe® Advance is the original design which is ideal for having your hands free and makes pulling your arms inside to get changed a little quicker. If your primary use is for wearing whilst standing in the cold for long periods of time, for example, when spectating sport or after cold water swimming, the long sleeve will provide added warmth.

"The Dry Robe is absolutely lovely & fits perfect but I must admit I was disgusted with how it was packed, for what I paid for it I at least expexted it to arrive in a bag or some sort of decent packaging than just folded & crumpled at the bottom of a box with no bag or anything for a little extra protection etc......"

Brilliant idea, brilliant garment

"I bloody love it! It’s revolutionised autumn swimming and means I don’t even have to get dressed after swimming in cold or wet weather - I just put it on over my towelling Dryrobe and leave! Loads of great pockets means no need for a separate bag either and and it’s really roomy and warm. If I manage to swim all winter this will be the reason why. They aren’t cheap but it’s well worth the expense already."

itchy lining

"i have only used it once. i found the lining very itchy and had to cold wash it and dry it before i used it after my swim when it was still itchy. i need to test it a bit more. Sadly the terrible winds in Jersey made swimming impossible the last 5 days. Thursday looks good so fingers crossed that the itchiness has gone. I’ve seen kids sizes labels saying 5-9 years and other bliss labels saying xs. They look the same size, is there a different?
