Materials & Technology

The water-repellent outer is made with 100% recycled nylon, approved by the Global Recycle Standard (GRS). 

The polar fleece lining is made with 100% recycled polyester (rPET), approved by the Global Recycle Standard (GRS) and certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

Finished with PFC-free BIONIC-FINISH ECO Durable Water-Repellent (DWR). This technology repels water, causing it to bead on the surface, meaning it rolls off rather than soaking into the fabric.

This plant-based solution doesn't contain any harmful compounds, delivering high-performance weather resistance and reduces the amount of toxic and harmful chemicals leached into the environment.

Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

There is free UK and Canada delivery and free trackable returns on all items.

We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. Tracked delivery under €50 costs €7 (excludes Greece). There are free returns for the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria and France.

For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565 and free returns.

Do you offer exchanges?

Doesn’t stay on

"The hat itself is lovely but it just didn’t stay on my head, hence 2 stars as it isn’t fit for purpose for me. I tried tightening and loosening the tape but it just kept blowing off in the wind. I am really disappointed as I have an adaptive drone which is great and thought this would keep my head warm on my buggy. I think as another reviewer said it isn’t deep enough in the head. I don’t have a large head and am going through cancer treatment so little hair so not sure how everyone else manages to keep it on."
