Care

Whilst the Dryrobe® Advance does not need washing regularly, it’s easy to clean when needed

  • Wash inside out (ideally in the Guppyfriend Washing Bag)
  • Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle
  • Use a non-bio powder or a technical cleaner like Nikwax Tech Wash (do not use a fabric conditioner)
  • Hang or lay flat and dry at room temperature (do not tumble dry)
Sustainability

As a Certified B Corp™, sustainability is at the core of everything we do, and each Dryrobe® product has been built on the idea of 'buying less, buying better'. Due to our durable fabrics, all Dryrobe® products are designed to last and, therefore, create less waste. 

The fleece lining of the Dryrobe® Advance is made from 100% recycled polyester. This uses post-consumer recycled polyester, diverting it from its end-of-life and into useable and durable products.

The outer shell fabric is made from 100% recycled nylon and finished with a plant-based PFC-free Durable Water-Repellent, which doesn't contain any harmful compounds, helping to reduce the impact on the environment.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery and Returns Information:
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us, but understand if you need to return your item(s). We offer a 60-day return policy on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact.

We understand that many of your orders over the next few weeks will be Christmas gifts, so any orders placed from the 1st November can be returned up to the 31st January 2027, in case it wasn't quite right.

Last order dates for delivery in time for Christmas:

Next Day Delivery - Tuesday 22nd December by 2pm

Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £50 (Standard Delivery under £50 costs £4.95). Express UK Delivery is free on orders over £150 (or £8.95 under £150). We also offer free trackable returns on all UK orders.

Shipping to countries in the European Union is no longer fulfilled from dryrobe.com. To order for delivery to the EU, please head to eu.dryrobe.com for fast shipping from our Netherlands warehouse.

Are returns free?

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Can I go into the water wearing my Dryrobe® changing robe?

A Dryrobe® Advance is ideal for use out of the water. Be aware that falling into water while wearing a Dryrobe® change robe would present a serious risk of drowning, even for the strongest of swimmers. We do not recommend or encourage you to use your Dryrobe® Advance while on the water.

Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

For any International orders, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the Dryrobe® website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.
What’s the difference between the Dryrobe® Advance and the Easy-Fit Dryrobe® Advance?

Our Easy-Fit short sleeve Dryrobe® Advance is the original design which is ideal for having your hands free and makes pulling your arms inside to get changed a little quicker. If your primary use is for wearing whilst standing in the cold for long periods of time, for example, when spectating sport or after cold water swimming, the long sleeve will provide added warmth.

itchy lining

"i have only used it once. i found the lining very itchy and had to cold wash it and dry it before i used it after my swim when it was still itchy. i need to test it a bit more. Sadly the terrible winds in Jersey made swimming impossible the last 5 days. Thursday looks good so fingers crossed that the itchiness has gone. Great coat but exchange process disappointing

"Love the quality of the Changing robe. I found the M too large and tried to exchange for a small. As a first time purchaser I was disappointed to fine the small unavailable for exchange. It was available on the website but not an option in the exchange process. I was directed to return the M and reorder the small. I was told I would loose my discount as a first time purchaser.
