Sustainability

As a Certified B Corp™, sustainability is at the core of everything we do, and each Dryrobe® product has been built on the idea of 'buying less, buying better'. Due to our durable fabrics, all Dryrobe® products are designed to last and, therefore, create less waste. 

The fleece lining of the Dryrobe® Advance is made from 100% recycled polyester. This uses post-consumer recycled polyester, diverting it from its end-of-life and into useable and durable products.

The outer shell fabric is made from 100% recycled nylon and finished with a plant-based PFC-free Durable Water-Repellent, which doesn't contain any harmful compounds, helping to reduce the impact on the environment.
Care

Whilst the Dryrobe® Advance does not need washing regularly, it’s easy to clean when needed

  • Wash inside out (ideally in the Guppyfriend Washing Bag)
  • Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle
  • Use a non-bio powder or a technical cleaner like Nikwax Tech Wash (do not use a fabric conditioner)
  • Hang or lay flat and dry at room temperature (do not tumble dry)

Under this guarantee, we will replace products free of charge due to defects in workmanship and/or materials so you can keep getting out there and doing the things you love!

It covers Dryrobe® Advance and Tech-Lite changing robes for three years, and all other apparel and accessories for one year, from the date of purchase. This guarantee applies to any purchase from dryrobe.com made after the 1st January 2024.
Delivery & Returns

Delivery and Returns Information:

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us, but understand if you need to return your item(s). We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact.

We understand that many of your purchases will be Christmas gifts. To help you shop with confidence, any orders placed from November 1st can be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2026, just in case it wasn't quite right.

There is free UK and Canada delivery and free trackable returns on all items.

We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. Tracked delivery under €50 costs €7 (excludes Greece). There are free returns for the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria and France.

For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565 and free returns.

The tough nylon outer is finished with BIONIC-FINISH® ECO Durable Water-Repellent. This technology repels water, meaning it rolls off rather than soaking into the fabric, ensuring you’re protected against the elements.
The unique fleece lining balances insulation with the ability to wick water away from the skin. In tests, the back2skin™ dry time is significantly faster than our leading competitors.

Are returns free?

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Can I go into the water wearing my Dryrobe® changing robe?

A Dryrobe® Advance is ideal for use out of the water. Be aware that falling into water while wearing a Dryrobe® change robe would present a serious risk of drowning, even for the strongest of swimmers. We do not recommend or encourage you to use your Dryrobe® Advance while on the water.

Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

For any International orders, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the Dryrobe® website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.
What’s the difference between the Dryrobe® Advance and the Easy-Fit Dryrobe® Advance?

Our Easy-Fit short sleeve Dryrobe® Advance is the original design which is ideal for having your hands free and makes pulling your arms inside to get changed a little quicker. If your primary use is for wearing whilst standing in the cold for long periods of time, for example, when spectating sport or after cold water swimming, the long sleeve will provide added warmth.

The Dryrobe® Advance is the warmest, most versatile changing robe out there. You'll use your dryrobe much more than you think, it will live in your car and be a lifesaver on many a cold morning or chilly evening.
