What is the Dryrobe® Performance Guarantee?
At Dryobe®, we believe in buying less, buying better. That’s why, since the beginning, every product we’ve produced has been made with high-quality materials and has been built to last for years and years. We’re so sure of the durability of our products that we back them with Dryrobe® Performance Guarantee. Under this guarantee, we will replace products free of charge due to defects in workmanship and/or materials so you can keep getting out there and doing the things you love! It covers Dryrobe® Advance and Tech-Lite changing robes for three years. This guarantee applies to any purchase from dryrobe.com made after the 1st January 2024.
Does the guarantee cover other Dryrobe® products?
All Dryrobe® apparel and accessories are covered by the Performance Guarantee for one year, from the date of purchase.
What happens once I’ve sent my product back?
Once you’ve contacted our Customer Service Team, we’ll arrange with you the process for sending it back and arranging for a replacement. If we can’t replace the item because it is customised or out of stock, we will try to repair it.
Products that are sent back to us and can be repaired will be fixed and then either donated to our Warmth Project partners or resold at a Seconds Sale to help raise money for some of the incredible charities we support.
What isn’t covered by the Dryrobe® Performance Guarantee cover?
Any accidental damage, improper care or negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of materials are excluded from the guarantee. However, we’d encourage you to get in touch with us as we’re usually able to help. We are happy to advise you on how to fix damaged products and will have a range of solutions available for most problems.
What if my product is outside of this period? Do you offer a repair service?
If your product is outside of the guarantee, we may still be able to help! We offer a repair service from April to September, so if you would like to discuss a repair with us, please get in touch via email hello@dryrobe.com.
We also now offer a takeback scheme, where you can return your old Dryrobe® Advance, and it will be recycled responsibly if it can’t be repaired. Best of all, you’ll then receive up to £35 off a new one.
How do I get in touch?
Email our Customer Service Team at hello@dryrobe.com with your Dryrobe® order number (starting with DR) and a description of the issue with your product, with photos or videos if possible. If you can’t find your order number, please still contact us with any information you have about the order (name, email, address, etc.), and we should be able to find you on our system.
