Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Can I go into the water wearing my Dryrobe® changing robe?

A Dryrobe® Advance is ideal for use out of the water. Be aware that falling into water while wearing a Dryrobe® change robe would present a serious risk of drowning, even for the strongest of swimmers. We do not recommend or encourage you to use your Dryrobe® Advance while on the water.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

Our Easy-Fit short sleeve Dryrobe® Advance is the original design which is ideal for having your hands free and makes pulling your arms inside to get changed a little quicker. If your primary use is for wearing whilst standing in the cold for long periods of time, for example, when spectating sport or after cold water swimming, the long sleeve will provide added warmth.

Hi, i wear a womens size 30 32 usually but im only 5ft 7. What coat will be best for me for dog walking
Hi Vicky I would recommend a size Small for a dog walking coat in the full length advance Dryrobe® not Easy-fit as the sleeve length would be too short for your height. I hope this helps. Team Dryrobe®

I just got my driver old I like it a lot but it seems to big there was no medium to order should I order a small I am about 5 feet 7 160 pounds I live in the US my wife suggests I ordered the small and try it and then return whichever one doesnt fit is well does that sound okay?
Hi I'm a lady about 5'8 and quite slim. ideally think a medium would have been the best fit for me. However I went with adult and actually it's fine. Roomy but plenty space to change inside. Despite being a short sleeve it does cover most of my arm however it can be drafty when it's windy. The long sleeve can be tightened at the cuff I've seen. Overall very happy with it.
