Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £50 (Standard Delivery under £50 costs £4.95). Express UK Delivery is free on orders over £150 (or £8.95 under £150). We also offer free trackable returns on all UK orders.

Are returns free?

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.

Great weekend flight bag

"I wanted a bag that I can use to go under the seat on the airplane and also use as a backpack on the beach etc… This backpack is perfect size with loads of room for clothes, coats, jumpers and shoes and the compression means you can get more stuff in and still pass the luggage size. "This bag smells incredibly toxic and icky. It looks like a decent bag, but I literally couldn’t stand the smell so I returned it and got the compression bag instead, which is actually waterproof and doesn’t smell. I pity the people who work in the factory making this bag. They probably will die young."

"Excellent backpack. No compromises on internal space & very comfortable to wear. Nice profile -- shorter than trad. backpacks which helps with weight distribution. Great product spoiled by smell

"Bought this backpack as a present for my partner. We have used the other compression bag from Dry Robe, and the robes - up until now I have always found the products to be most satisfactory. The compression backpack however has been quite a disappointment. On opening the packagwe were surprised by the stench that it gave off. This was exacerbated on unzipping the main compartment. We have brought it abroad for a swimming holiday in the hope that with use this smell will go but sadly it has done little to improve it. Had the backpack been £40-50 I would have been more willing to persevere, however with the the hefty £ that it cost in the first place, I"
