Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £50 (Standard Delivery under £50 costs £4.95). Express UK Delivery is free on orders over £150 (or £8.95 under £150). We also offer free trackable returns on all UK orders.

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.

Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

Why are the thumbs so big???

"What can I say about the gloves…fabulous idea but the execution…. honestly leaves me baffled. I have small hands, ordered size small…when the thumb and finger mittens parts are clipped back…they are nearly perfect…unfortunately I need them to fit so I can do things when they are supposed to be in ‘ mitten mode’ when the thumb and finger mitten parts are also in use. The thumb part is a good 2.5” over the top of my thumb. Why? The same with the mitten cover. They are like wearing fingerless gloves and then putting an extra large pair of mittens over them?? Impossible to actually do anything when wearing them as the full mittens. The reviews going back years say this is a design issue?? Do not buy them till they change the sizing of the thumb and mitten flap"

"I bought this from a recommendation from a dog walker. I went to Sommaroy/Tromso in Norway and it was -18 when we landed . There were times it felt like -23 there but my hands were toasty all the time with these gloves. Thumb is a bit big but I guess it has to be for the magnet to work. Highly recommended. I used the size chart and I got a small. They fit well."

Hi I work in a cold store an spend upto two hours driving around in -20 temperature with fans ..do you have anything suitable for the conditions IV tried three different pairs of electric gloves which are no good tips of fingers gets really painful from the cold
