Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

There is free UK and Canada delivery and free trackable returns on all items.

We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. Tracked delivery under €50 costs €7 (excludes Greece). There are free returns for the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria and France.

Are returns free?

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.

Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.

Do you offer exchanges?

"Great bit of kit, but entirely missing a trick as it desperately needs a strong and sturdy hook loop stitched in either inside or outside at the neck point. Needs to hang to dry, and hanging by the hood makes it too long for normal placed hooks so it drags on the floor."

"This is a great addition to my life. My only criticism is the lack of hanging hook. It’s a basic part of a garment that is sadly missing and, for the cost of the Dryrobe, I absolutely expect it. I really love the colour

"I really love the colour way and I was absolutely convinced I would love this more than the poncho style change robe but unfortunately I don't. It's perfect except there's something about the sleeves that don't work for me. This is likely due to the fact that it's designed for a tall person and I buy the larger size due to my cuddliness. Definitely a worthwhile purchase and will be used extensively all year 'round all the same."

Bester Bademantel ever

"Ich hatte den Bademantel bei einem Freund gesehen und gleich bestellt. Super Qualität passt perfekt (Größe M). Meine Frau hat sich dann auch einen bestellt in Größe S. Der passt mir auch ist ein wenig kürzer. Ich trage normalerweise XL. Ich überlege mir noch einen Zweiten zu kaufen damit man den ganzen Urlaub übersteht. Wir campen gern und ausser dem Bademantel braucht mein kein Handtuch zum Duschen mitzunehmen und ein Bademantel mit Reißverschluss ist ohnehin super."

"I love it! It’s even better than I was expecting. The fabric is so soft and comfortable as well as super stylish. It is so well made and great quality, I bought it primarily to go to the shower block when I am on camping sites and it has not disappointed. I can’t believe how well it absorbs the moisture after my shower and doesn’t feel at all damp afterwards, By the time I walk to my Campervan I am completely dry and ready to get dressed. My only regret is that I didn’t buy one sooner."
