We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us, but understand if you need to return your item(s). We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact.

We understand that many of your purchases will be Christmas gifts. To help you shop with confidence, any orders placed from November 1st can be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2026, just in case it wasn't quite right.

There is free UK and Canada delivery and free trackable returns on all items.

We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. Tracked delivery under €50 costs €7 (excludes Greece). There are free returns for the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria and France.

For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565 and free returns.

Are returns free?

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

For any International orders, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the Dryrobe® website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.
How do I clean the car seat covers?

From time to time, you might want to spruce up your Dryrobe® Car Seat Cover. Check out our wash care guidance below to keep your Dryrobe® Car Seat Cover looking its best when cleaning.

  • Never expose your Dryrobe® Car Seat Cover to any heat source of any kind.
  • To help extend the life of your Dryrobe® Car Seat Cover, we recommend washing by hand if at all possible.
  • Alternatively, wash your Dryrobe® Car Seat Cover (ideally in a Guppyfriend Washing Bag) using a non-bio washing powder or liquid.
  • A gentle or delicate machine wash at maximum 30°C/86°F.
  • After the spin cycle hang, or lay flat as it dries at room temperature.

Remember

  • Do not hot wash
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not iron
  • Do not use fabric conditioner
  • Do not tumble dry
How do I fit the car seat covers?

Follow our easy steps to install your Dryrobe® Car Seat Cover.

  • Slip the car seat over the headrest/backrest from top to bottom.
  • Wrap the elasticated edges around the bottom of the seat.
  • Ensure the seat belt receiver and any seat adjusters / armrests are aligned with the seat cover openings.
  • Adjust the hook and loop straps for a snug fit.
How do I keep car seat covers from sliding/ in place?

Our elasticated adjustable straps provide an adjustable and easy fit. Ensure you have fitted the Dryrobe®Car Seat Covers properly by following the steps in ‘How do I fit the car seat covers?’
