There is free UK and Canada delivery and free trackable returns on all items.

We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. Tracked delivery under €50 costs €7 (excludes Greece). There are free returns for the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria and France.

Are returns free?

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

For any International orders, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the Dryrobe® website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.
How do I clean the car seat covers?

From time to time, you might want to spruce up your Dryrobe® Car Seat Cover. Check out our wash care guidance below to keep your Dryrobe® Car Seat Cover looking its best when cleaning.

  • Never expose your Dryrobe® Car Seat Cover to any heat source of any kind.
  • To help extend the life of your Dryrobe® Car Seat Cover, we recommend washing by hand if at all possible.
  • Alternatively, wash your Dryrobe® Car Seat Cover (ideally in a Guppyfriend Washing Bag) using a non-bio washing powder or liquid.
  • A gentle or delicate machine wash at maximum 30°C/86°F.
  • After the spin cycle hang, or lay flat as it dries at room temperature.

Remember

  • Do not hot wash
  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not iron
  • Do not use fabric conditioner
  • Do not tumble dry
How do I fit the car seat covers?

Follow our easy steps to install your Dryrobe® Car Seat Cover.

  • Slip the car seat over the headrest/backrest from top to bottom.
  • Wrap the elasticated edges around the bottom of the seat.
  • Ensure the seat belt receiver and any seat adjusters / armrests are aligned with the seat cover openings.
  • Adjust the hook and loop straps for a snug fit.
How do I keep car seat covers from sliding/ in place?

Our elasticated adjustable straps provide an adjustable and easy fit. Ensure you have fitted the Dryrobe®Car Seat Covers properly by following the steps in ‘How do I fit the car seat covers?’

Does the job well- fit could be better

"Mostly happy; Easy to put on and take off. Full wrap-around coverage of the seat front and back. The only slight issue being that as it’s a universal fit, the front seat of my new mini is concave/bucket shaped so as the material isn’t shaped that way and has no stretch, it doesn’t sit flush to the seat shape so it is taught from the sides, which is a bit annoying- other than that it does the job really well and protect my seat from my wet muddy dogs."

Poor fit on Kia PV5

"The fit of the cover to the back of the seat was very poor. The cover was simply a flat panel whereas the seats had bolsters to the side which meant the panel sat approx 50mm from the back of the seat. The seat covers would probably have worked much better on a flat backed seat, but how many modern vans or cars for that matter have designs like that. Seat covers returned, it took a long time for the refund to arrive back with me."

Unfortunately this was a disappointing

"Unfortunately this was a disappointing purchase that had to be returned due to them not fitting my van seats, I have a Mercedes Sprinter and would say these covers are best for smaller vans. Although I had to return them I would like to say the covers where of good quality and soft and I would of loved to be able to keep them. Hopefully Dryrobe may consider making larger ones to fit larger vans."

"Why or why didn't I buy one of these sooner?! I'm a dog walker and am just delighted with this Dry Robe seat cover. It fits really well, does what it says and looks good too! "Does not fit modern car seat's. Slides around on leather. Covers the controls for memory seats. Most modern cars have electric controls on seats. Ok for an old van. Should have known better. Over priced, waste of £50. Now on Marketplace for half price."

Will these fit the rear seats in a VW Transporter Kombi 6.1? I have a 2 & 1 split seats so would a double and a single be okay?
