GOTS is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. This helps us to ensure that our organic cotton is sourced in the most ethical and sustainable way.

This 400gsm super-soft, absorbent fabric is perfect for getting dry quickly.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us, but understand if you need to return your item(s). We offer a 60-day return policy on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact.

Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

There is free UK and Canada delivery and free trackable returns on all items.

We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. Tracked delivery under €50 costs €7 (excludes Greece). There are free returns for the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria and France.

For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565 and free returns.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Can I go into the water wearing my Dryrobe® changing robe?

The Organic Towel Dryrobe® is ideal for use out of the water. Be aware that falling into water while wearing a dryrobe® change robe would present a serious risk of drowning, even for the strongest of swimmers. We do not recommend or encourage you to use your Dryrobe® Advance while on the water.
Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

For any International orders, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the Dryrobe® website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.

"Ich habe eine defekte Dryrobe erhalten und diese nach Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice, der mir einen Austauscht versprach, zurück gesendet. Dryrobe teilte mir dann mit, dass der Mantel nicht mehr Lieferbar wäre. Nach einigen Hin und Her mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir dann angeboten, mir einenandere Dryrobe mit Reißverschluss zuzusenden. Nachdem ich dieses Angebot angenommen habe war der Kundenservice nicht mehr erreichbar, ich bekam keine Antwort auf meine weiteren Nachfragen zum Status der Retour und habe bis heute auch weder eine neue Dryrobe, noch mein Geld zurück erhalten. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht von Dryrobe, die ich bis dahin total super fand."

"Dryrobe in lime green was a great success for my grand nephew - he was delighted with it. I did get the 10-13yr old as he is a tall 8yr old so it will do him for for the next few years. Excellent Comfort and Service, but the Fabric Could Be More Durable

"I was very impressed with the quick and straightforward ordering and delivery process. The material of the Pink Organic Towel Changing Robe feels excellent and is very comfortable to wear. However, I have noticed that the fabric is unfortunately rather prone to pulling and catching. Even light contact with a rough surface, or occasionally with fingernails, can cause threads to pull out quite easily. While this does not detract from the overall comfort and quality of the robe, it is something worth being aware of when handling and wearing it. Overall, I am very happy with the product and the service, but I would welcome a more durable fabric finish in future versions."

Big enough for tall guys

"Perfect. . I bought a couple before elsewhere but they were very meh and colours were rubbish. I saw my 6ft sister in law had a Dryrobe and I tried it on as I was worried it wouldn't go over my head as others were a bit tight. I'm 6'5 so I needed to be sure. Fitted fine so bought a beautiful bright blue in Large. Fits so well, even for someone of my height which can be an issue. Definitely will recommend this brand to others. 5 stars"

"The new towel poncho is definitely a hit with me! It feels weightier, it has proper hand pockets & the adjustable hood is a blessing on a cold, windy shoreline ( yes, it’s Summer, and the lake shore is cold & windy in Cumbria!). I like the more subtle logo placing too. One wish, I hoped that it wouldn’t be as snaggy. I’ve been SO careful & have two pulls already, so it won’t look new for long unfortunately 😩"
