Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £50 (Standard Delivery under £50 costs £4.95). Express UK Delivery is free on orders over £150 (or £8.95 under £150). We also offer free trackable returns on all UK orders.

Are returns free?

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Can I go into the water wearing my Dryrobe® changing robe?

A Dryrobe® Advance is ideal for use out of the water. Be aware that falling into water while wearing a Dryrobe® change robe would present a serious risk of drowning, even for the strongest of swimmers. We do not recommend or encourage you to use your Dryrobe® Advance while on the water.

Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

For any International orders, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the Dryrobe® website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.

Our Easy-Fit short sleeve Dryrobe® Advance is the original design which is ideal for having your hands free and makes pulling your arms inside to get changed a little quicker. itchy lining

"i have only used it once. i found the lining very itchy and had to cold wash it and dry it before i used it after my swim when it was still itchy. i need to test it a bit more. Sadly the terrible winds in Jersey made swimming impossible the last 5 days. Thursday looks good so fingers crossed that the itchiness has gone. The look of the robe with the orange lining is great."

Great coat but exchange process disappointing

"Love the quality of the Changing robe. I found the M too large and tried to exchange for a small. As a first time purchaser I was disappointed to fine the small unavailable for exchange. It was available on the website but not an option in the exchange process. I was directed to return the M and reorder the small. I was told I would loose my discount as a first time purchaser. I would like to purchase this rework coat for myself, I need an extra small as I am 5’2 , would the child’s size 10/13 years be ok ?
Hello Lynda Thank you for your message! The Kids 10-13 Yrs and Adults XS are both very similar in size. The main difference is the XS is 4cm longer in sleeve length. Based on your height the 10-13 Yrs would be suitable for you.
