GOTS is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. This helps us to ensure that our organic cotton is sourced in the most ethical and sustainable way.

This 400gsm super-soft, absorbent fabric is perfect for getting dry quickly.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us, but understand if you need to return your item(s). We offer a 60-day return policy on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact.

Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

There is free UK and Canada delivery and free trackable returns on all items.

We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. Tracked delivery under €50 costs €7 (excludes Greece). There are free returns for the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria and France.

For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565 and free returns.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.

Can I go into the water wearing my Dryrobe® changing robe?

The Organic Towel Dryrobe® is ideal for use out of the water. Be aware that falling into water while wearing a Dryrobe® change robe would present a serious risk of drowning, even for the strongest of swimmers. We do not recommend or encourage you to use your Dryrobe® Advance while on the water.

Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

For any International orders, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the Dryrobe® website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.

"We purchased the size 2-4 YRS for our 2. 5-year-old and were surprised to find how small it is. Although the garment is specifically labeled as "Oversized," it fits him just right now with not much room for growth, and he would likely outgrow it before he reaches 4. We also noted the following. Poor Fabric Quality: Material arrived feeling very rough to the touch. Washing Issue: We washed it hoping to soften the fabric, but it remained exactly the same. Low Value: For the price point, it isn't worth it for such a short window of wear. Because we have already laundered the item in an attempt to fix the texture, we are now unable to return it. Overall, we are very disappointed with this purchase."
