We only use 100% organic cotton for our Towel Dryrobe® range, certified by The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). 

GOTS is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. This helps us to ensure that our organic cotton is sourced in the most ethical and sustainable way.

This 400gsm super-soft, absorbent fabric is perfect for getting dry quickly.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us, but understand if you need to return your item(s). We offer a 60-day return policy on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact.

Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

There is free UK and Canada delivery and free trackable returns on all items.

We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. Tracked delivery under €50 costs €7 (excludes Greece). There are free returns for the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria and France.

For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565 and free returns.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Can I go into the water wearing my Dryrobe® changing robe?

The Organic Towel Dryrobe® is ideal for use out of the water. Be aware that falling into water while wearing a Dryrobe® change robe would present a serious risk of drowning, even for the strongest of swimmers. We do not recommend or encourage you to use your Dryrobe® Advance while on the water.
Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

For any International orders, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the Dryrobe® website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.

"The new towel poncho is definitely a hit with me! It feels weightier, it has proper hand pockets & the adjustable hood is a blessing on a cold, windy shoreline ( yes, it’s Summer, and the lake shore is cold & windy in Cumbria!). I like the more subtle logo placing too. One wish, I hoped that it wouldn’t be as snaggy. I’ve been SO careful & have two pulls already, so it won’t look new for long unfortunately 😩"

Received navy dryrobe size L

"Received navy dryrobe size L as present. It arrived in the post slightly damaged. Found contact details and phoned dry robe who asked me to send proof photos, which I did. Eventually they agreed to replace product. Unfortunately they were out of navy and skate grey dry robe and would not be in stock until November 2026. They agreed to refund money. I purchased a slate grey size L dryrobe from internet, most likely from European mainland. Arrived after 4 days. Confusing service."

I love the colour, and

"I love the colour, and I live near the sea so the poncho is just right for donning on my walks to the beach. One small complaint is that the opening for the head is a bit too small; the pockets are useful and the loose sleeves are good. It's too hot use it during the extreme heat in the middle of the day, but it's perfect for early morning and evening trips to the beach! I purchased two (one for a neighbour) and noticed as I logged on that you had £20 off when purchasing two. However, the discount did not appear at checkout, so I queried it with your chat who informed me that discount was for two Dryrobes. I was a bit annoyed because I knew what I'd seen, but I went ahead and purchased anyway. However, I was gutted when you sent an email the VERY NEXT DAY offering £20 off for two ponchos. I'd like your comment on that."

Very nice product. It’s warm

"Very nice product. It’s warm and functional. It is bulky and heavier than regular towels so you need a substantial bag for packing it in. While the bulkiness means more warmth and comfort it also means that it takes a longer time to dry after washing it. Make sure to turn it inside out when drying due to the extra layers at the pockets. I was disappointed that I had to settle for a colour instead of picking my preferred colour due to it being out of stock. I paid more than I wanted to for it. There were no other cheaper versions available in the time frame I needed to have them for. I bought 5 in total and everyone likes them. I like that you can keep your dignity intact while getting changed on the beach."

Worth paying for!

"My wife said that she had ordered a navy towelling dry robe a few months ago, so I chose a slate grey one instead. Turns out we both now have slate grey DryRobes! My DryRobe is very nice. I haven't had the chance to use for swimming at the beach yet. I have used it for drying off after a shower on a campsite. This is much better than trying to get dressed on a wet floor and getting your clothes dirty in a restricted cubicle. Perhaps not quite as exciting as doing fun stuff at the beach buy it does show the versatility of a DryRobe. It's nicely made and good quality as expected from an ethical company. Hope to use it in Dorset at the weekend, weather permitting!"
