We only use 100% organic cotton for our Towel Dryrobe® range, certified by The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). 

GOTS is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. This helps us to ensure that our organic cotton is sourced in the most ethical and sustainable way.

This 400gsm super-soft, absorbent fabric is perfect for getting dry quickly.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us, but understand if you need to return your item(s). We offer a 60-day return policy on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact.

Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

There is free UK and Canada delivery and free trackable returns on all items.

We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. Tracked delivery under €50 costs €7 (excludes Greece). There are free returns for the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria and France.

For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565 and free returns.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Can I go into the water wearing my Dryrobe® changing robe?

The Organic Towel Dryrobe® is ideal for use out of the water. Be aware that falling into water while wearing a Dryrobe® change robe would present a serious risk of drowning, even for the strongest of swimmers. We do not recommend or encourage you to use your Dryrobe® Advance while on the water.
Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

For any International orders, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the Dryrobe® website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.

Big enough for tall guys

"Perfect. . I bought a couple before elsewhere but they were very meh and colours were rubbish. I saw my 6ft sister in law had a Dryrobe and I tried it on as I was worried it wouldn't go over my head as others were a bit tight. I'm 6'5 so I needed to be sure. "The new towel poncho is definitely a hit with me! It feels weightier, it has proper hand pockets & the adjustable hood is a blessing on a cold, windy shoreline ( yes, it’s Summer, and the lake shore is cold & windy in Cumbria!). I like the more subtle logo placing too. One wish, I hoped that it wouldn’t be as snaggy. I’ve been SO careful & have two pulls already, so it won’t look new for long unfortunately 😩"
