Size Exchanges: Not sure about the fit? If you need a different size, we offer an exchange by size for the same colour to ensure you have the space you need to change comfortably.

We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £50 (Standard Delivery under £50 costs £4.95). Express UK Delivery is free on orders over £150 (or £8.95 under £150). We also offer free trackable returns on all UK orders.

Are returns free?

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.
Can I change inside the Dryrobe® Waterproof Parka like the classic Dryrobe® Advance?

No. Unlike the signature oversized change robe design, the Waterproof Parka is built with a conventional coat fit and a tailored silhouette intended for everyday wear rather than changing underneath.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

For any International orders, we are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, colour or item, you'll need to place a new order via the Dryrobe® website. It is your choice whether you reorder straight away or wait until you have received your refund before placing the new order.
How does the sizing compare to the Dryrobe® Advance?

The Parka provides a regular, slim-line jacket fit in sizes XS to XL. While the Advance robe is intentionally oversized to accommodate changing, you should select your standard coat size for the Parka based on chest and dress size measurements.
How well does the Parka protect against heavy rain and windy weather?

Built for tough winter weather, the Parka offers serious 15,000mm waterproof protection and fully taped seams to stop heavy rain in its tracks. Its full-length coverage, adjustable peaked hood, and magnetic stormflap shield you from harsh wind gusts, while high 30K breathability keeps you comfortable without overheating, making it the ultimate coat for stormy dog walks, coastal outings, and rain-soaked sidelines.
Is the Parka heavy or difficult to pack?

No. Built with lighter weight materials than the Advance robe, the Parka is lighter and more packable (rated 7/10 vs 5/10 for Advance), making it suited for travel and everyday commuting.
Is the Waterproof Parka as warm as the Dryrobe® Advance change robe?

The Parka uses a 265gsm recycled Sherpa fleece body lining paired with 200gsm Polar fleece sleeve lining. It delivers tailored warmth (rated 7/10 compared to the Advance's 9/10), making it ideal for daily active wear, dog walks, and sideline spectating.

"Lovely Parker style coat, just what I was looking for, however sizing for a shorter 50+ woman who is slightly overweight is not great. I returned a medium after being told it would be ok for a size 16-18 but it was very tight across the stomach and hips fine every where else. Now have a large which is ok slightly too big but really long. Going to persevere with it as I love the design and colour. Maybe more size options would be a good idea?"

Legs still get wet!

"I was so excited to buy this dryrobe parka and wore it out walking my dog in the rain and wind for the first time today. So disappointed that the wind constantly opened the bottom closure making the bottom on the coat flap about and from just above my knees down got soaked. "I am 5ft 6 and a size 14 but always have to buy a 16 in tops. I purchased a size medium and its a perfect fit. Im not going to lie, I always had a little laugh to myself at the amount of people out in a dryrobe just casually walking around and never really understood why. However i have just purchased the new dryrobe Parka for walking my dog and I am blown away at how amazing it is. I am able to stay dry and warm for the first time ever. "I am so disappointed with the customer service - I ordered my dryrobe over 2 weeks ago for a particular event. The DPD delivery was to a completely wrong address & wasn’t even left with them. I have explained all of this to customer service and they are waiting to see what DPD say about the matter- whilst I’m still waiting for an item I’ve paid for but has not been delivered."

The new Waterproof Parka

"Received my new waterproof parka today. Very speedy delivery with DPD. Love the new slimmer silhouette of the new waterproof parka (I also own a Dryrobe Advanced). I wanted it primarily for dog walking / walking on the beach with less bulk than you get in the Advanced. Opted for the Deep Sea Blue in a Medium (fits perfectly a women’s size 16 with room for an extra layer, although I think it will be pretty warm anyway). Also loving the two inner pockets as well as outer and the magnetic placket closure, much better than press studs. Can’t wait to try it out now!"

"This is perfect 👌 The styling the functionality and comfort to wear, lightweight and practical for the season and winter too... I'm a uk 14 and 5ft 8'' I bought the Medium and it absolutely perfect with the sleeves being wide enough to allow for movement with a bulkier item on underneath. Because body proportions naturally differ between men and women, such as shoulder width, chest room, and hip ratios, we provide separate Men’s and Women’s Sizing Charts to help you find the exact match for your frame. However, please note, unlike our Dryrobe® Advance changing robes, this Parka is designed as a traditional Parka Coat for everyday use. It is not designed for changing underneath, so you do not need to size up for changing space 🙂 How to find your size: Measure yourself: Check your chest size.
