Are returns free?

Can I change inside the Dryrobe® Waterproof Parka like the classic Dryrobe® Advance?

No. Unlike the signature oversized change robe design, the Waterproof Parka is built with a conventional coat fit and a tailored silhouette intended for everyday wear rather than changing underneath.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada.
We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Do you offer exchanges?

We can offer exchanges for the same colour product in a different size for orders from the UK & Isle of Man. To exchange an item, please head to our Returns page.

How does the sizing compare to the Dryrobe® Advance?

The Parka provides a regular, slim-line jacket fit in sizes XS to XL. While the Advance robe is intentionally oversized to accommodate changing, you should select your standard coat size for the Parka based on chest and dress size measurements.
How well does the Parka protect against heavy rain and windy weather?

Built for tough winter weather, the Parka offers serious 15,000mm waterproof protection and fully taped seams to stop heavy rain in its tracks. Its full-length coverage, adjustable peaked hood, and magnetic stormflap shield you from harsh wind gusts, while high 30K breathability keeps you comfortable without overheating, making it the ultimate coat for stormy dog walks, coastal outings, and rain-soaked sidelines.
Is the Parka heavy or difficult to pack?

No. Built with lighter weight materials than the Advance robe, the Parka is lighter and more packable (rated 7/10 vs 5/10 for Advance), making it suited for travel and everyday commuting.
Is the Waterproof Parka as warm as the Dryrobe® Advance change robe?

Unfortunate Sizing

"Lovely Parker style coat, just what I was looking for, however sizing for a shorter 50+ woman who is slightly overweight is not great. I returned a medium after being told it would be ok for a size 16-18 but it was very tight across the stomach and hips fine every where else. Now have a large which is ok slightly too big but really long. Going to persevere with it as I love the design and colour. Maybe more size options would be a good idea?"

"I am 5ft 6 and a size 14 but always have to buy a 16 in tops. I purchased a size medium and its a perfect fit. Im not going to lie, I always had a little laugh to myself at the amount of people out in a dryrobe just casually walking around and never really understood why. However i have just purchased the new dryrobe Parka for walking my dog and I am blown away at how amazing it is. I am able to stay dry and warm for the first time ever. I am now fully converted and want to wear it everywhere. Roll on winter, im ready for ya!"

"I am so disappointed with the customer service - I ordered my dryrobe over 2 weeks ago for a particular event. The DPD delivery was to a completely wrong address & wasn’t even left with them. I have explained all of this to customer service and they are waiting to see what DPD say about the matter- whilst I’m still waiting for an item I’ve paid for but has not been delivered."

The new Waterproof Parka

"Received my new waterproof parka today. Very speedy delivery with DPD. Love the new slimmer silhouette of the new waterproof parka (I also own a Dryrobe Advanced). I wanted it primarily for dog walking / walking on the beach with less bulk than you get in the Advanced. Opted for the Deep Sea Blue in a Medium (fits perfectly a women’s size 16 with room for an extra layer, although I think it will be pretty warm anyway). Also loving the two inner pockets as well as outer and the magnetic placket closure, much better than press studs. Can’t wait to try it out now!"

"This is perfect 👌 The styling the functionality and comfort to wear, lightweight and practical for the season and winter too... I'm a uk 14 and 5ft 8'' I bought the Medium and it absolutely perfect with the sleeves being wide enough to allow for movement with a bulkier item on underneath. Perfect!

"I was looking for a long waterproof coat - I already have a dryrobe reworked advance but wanted a more coat like silhouette with the benefits of a dryrobe to use for everyday walking. I had ordered a robe from another popular make (it was the same price) but it still felt like a change robe despite the advertising. This feels different. The outer fabric is smoother - I’m hoping the waterproofing is still as good. It has pockets (2 outside, 2 inside) but not a crazy amount to limit the bulk and I wouldn’t use the extra ones anyway. The fleece is soft and warm but not bulky and the hood is adjustable. Great zips and I love the magnetic closures on the flap rather than Velcro which would catch on jumpers etc. I like the minimal branding so I don’t look out of place around town either. Im a curvy 14/16 and tried a M and L and went for a Medium in the end as I’m 5’3” and preferred the length. Plus I prefer buying from a uk b-corp company. Well done Dryrobe!"

I am 5 foot 2 inches size 12 women. What size would you recommend
Hello Valerie Thank you for your message! Dryrobes® were developed to be, first and foremost, a changing robe - they are designed to be oversized and are very spacious inside. They will feel big! This allows for you to have enough room to pull your arms inside and get changed inside it. Some people like to wear them just to keep warm or like a coat and in this case it is often sensible to select a smaller size. From the information provided I would recommend a size small. I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions.
Does it zip right to the bottom or is there a flap that’s open at the bottom. It’s hard to tell in the photos.
